Other Abilities: She is a rather skilled gymnast (having joined the gymnastics team in every school she attended taught her quite a bit), very agile, and knows how to be very stealthy.
Weakness: Though she has mastered speaking animal languages she needs concentration to speak human languages (not including English of course). Over the past four years she grew accustomed to living among animals, so she is probably the worst people person imaginable.

History:
Background: Amber's life was anything but easy from the day she was born. Though her mother knew who the father was, she did not know where he was, having disappeared shortly after Lia told him she was having his baby. Due to complications during the birth Lia died, leaving Amber born an orphan to be raised in her aunt's care.
Jenna was good to her niece, and raised her to be a good little girl. But at the age of 5 Amber was placed into foster care. Jenna had gotten into a car accident while driving to pick Amber up from her first sleep-over. That was about when Amber stopped making friends. Even though she was young Amber felt...knew that Aunt Jenna would still be around if she didn't go to that friend's house that night.
Amber from then on was passed from foster home to foster home. From the time she was 6 to 16 she changed school at least twice a year, which made even more reason not to make any friends. But the age of 14 was when life really changed for Amber....
The Doyals had a dog named Waggs, who had always taken quite a liking to Amber. He would always follow her around after school. She loved that dog, he was her first best friend in years. It was an ordinary day, just like any other when she came home from school and heard a voice from behind the door. After checking the drive way she became very confused since neither of the Doyals' cars were there. She slowly opened the door to have Waggs jump on her. "Hi Amber! How was school? I missed you!" She heard from a voice she hadn't recognized. After a thorough search Amber came to the conclusion it had to be Waggs. Amber was moved to a new home three months later.
Things went about their usual bisiness for Amber, staying in one place for a few months them being moved on to somewhere else...sometimes when she was lucky she'd stay for a full school year. But then shortly after her 17th birthday things turned dark for Amber. At first it seemed promising. This new family seemed to really like her, maybe even adopt her...they even got her a cat. But when they noticed that Amber was not only talking to the cat, but talking to it as if she was a cat Mrs. Finolla began to get freaked out by the young girl. Mr. Finolla took the cat away and began hitting Amber, telling her it will stop when she stops thinking she can talk to animals. Amber only let this go on as long as she did because she wanted to finish off her senior year, wanted to graduate. She packed her school bag with some food clothing, and a hunting knife she stole from Mr. Finolla and left the house one day while the two of them were at work.
Having given up on people all together Amber made for the woods, where she flourished. Using her ability to communicate with animals Amber make herself friends with all the animals in the forest. And there she's stayed.
